Its own pages state the family bought the 185 acre farm in 1981 and has held organic certification since 1983. The farm grows organic cereals, legumes, grapes, fruit and vegetables, raises cows, chickens and pigs, and forages truffles and herbs in its own woods. Guests stay in five double rooms and one twin room, all en-suite, or in three self-catering apartments. The rates page states the farm does not offer online booking and asks guests to enquire first.

The farm's own rates page states 'Open from April 17th to November 2nd 2025', states 'We prefer not to offer online booking since we like to communicate with you before you book', prices the three apartments at €95 to €160 per night and the B&B rooms at €60 per person per night, and gives driving directions of 3.6 km on signposted road from Fermignano and 3.5 km of asphalt from Pole.

The farm's own rooms page states there are five double bedrooms and one twin room, all en-suite, on the first floor of the main building, and calls the property an organic agriturismo in sight of Urbino.

The farm's own Green page states the farm has been certified organic since 1983, that it breeds organic cows, chickens and pigs, grows organic cereals, legumes, grapes, fruit and vegetables, and forages wild herbs, truffles, berries and flowers in its own woods and fields.

Booking sites — A search on 15 August 2026 for the name with 'booking.com' and 'airbnb' returned the farm's own site plus Sawday's, Further Afield and Tripadvisor pages, and no Booking.com or Airbnb listing; the farm's own rates page states it prefers not to offer online booking.
