Agriturismo Baldassari sits at Avendita in the comune of Cascia, in the Valnerina. Its own site states the hamlet is 5 km from Cascia and 10 km from Norcia. The farm rears lambs and farmyard animals and grows cereals and pulses without chemicals, including farro, durum and soft wheat, lentils, chickpeas, roveja, beans and cicerchia. It also produces preserves, saffron and truffle, with garden vegetables in season. There are six rooms in the main building, which also holds the restaurant, and three more rooms in a second building nearby.
