Guinzano is a certified organic farm at Frazione Santa Cristina in the comune of Gubbio. The holding covers 16 hectares, part woodland and part under crops and livestock. Olive oil comes from the farm olive grove, vegetables from its kitchen garden, and the site also records beekeeping. There are six rooms, each with a private bathroom and furnished with family furniture. The site states the access road is 5.6 km of unsurfaced road and is the only route in.

Booking sites — A Booking.com listing for Guinzano does exist, but the farm's own site directs guests to phone or email it directly and states there is no automatic booking system, so the OTA is not its primary channel.
