Bio Agriturismo Aia del Tufo is a 25-hectare organic farm at Loc. Poggio la Mezzadria, San Valentino, in the comune of Sorano. It grows cereals including emmer, vegetables and aromatic plants, and distils its own organic essential oils. Geese, goats and donkeys are kept on the farm and guests can feed them. The farmhouse has five rooms on its first floor, and the farm runs an organic restaurant and a shop. The farm is registered as a Coltivatore Custode of the Regione Toscana.
