Agriturismo la Valle degli Ulivi is a farm of about 70 hectares at Loc. Fibbianello, in the comune of Semproniano. The Passalacqua family, livestock farmers for three generations, run a dairy and make raw-milk pecorino from their own flock. The farm also produces organic olive oil and Sangiovese wine, and grows the cereals and fodder its sheep eat. It stands 5 km from both Saturnia and Semproniano, and lets rustic rooms plus one apartment facing the garden. A double room costs from €90 to €110 per night with breakfast included.

    Own site: the farm dairy was started 11 years ago by the Passalacqua family, livestock farmers for three generations; about 70 hectares below the old olive grove of Fibbianello, in the comune of Semproniano; Fabio and Daria Passalacqua make raw-milk pecorino from their own flock, which grazes daily and is fed cereals and fodder grown on the farm; producers within the Slow Food Presidium for raw-milk Maremma pecorino.
