Tenuta San Ottaviano is a certified organic farm at Loc. Massoni, in the comune of Monterotondo Marittimo. The farm grows barley for its own brewery, olives, vegetables and fruit, and raises Limousine beef cattle. It has 17 B&B units around the old farm buildings and 9 self-catering apartments at Podere I Massoni. The farm states that the apartments have no television, no air conditioning and no insect screens. The Neri family has held the estate for four generations, and Francesco Neri now runs it.
